Will and Mama came with Dad to VMworld 2004 in San Diego. The show was a great success and Will and Mama got a chance to see some sites like the San Diego Zoo. Dad celebrated his birthday with a tour of an US Navy Air Craft Carrier – very cool!
The west coast has snatched another resident for our poor GTA area. Our friend’s Kenny and Karen are off to BC to live the life that we all wish we had (jeers to the rain)! Had the whole family over for a nice send off lunch (Will was a gracious host – just trying to keep the Will theme of the blog alive).
Kenny also reminded Dad about the new Google Desktop that is in beta. Can you say “an answer to his prayers”?! Will over heard day saying “this is the best thing to happen since 32 bit sliced bread!" Everyone that has a lot on info on their computer HAS to get Google desktop!
Mama, dad and Wil are off to San Diego for a week. Dad's got some business to do and Mama and Will are coming along for the ride! Should be interesting having a 12 week old on a plane, more interesting for our fellow passengers then us though. Matthew Baldwin has a funny story on flying with a baby!
Man it's hard to find time to do some blogging. Will is doing well and is now 9 weeks old and 12 lb 2 oz Mama and Dad are still surviving and are enjoying every moment (well almost every moment). Will's smiling now which always puts a big smile on all our faces. Will had a great visit with Kim and Steve from SanFran (he actually slept through most of dinner, but we where not complaining). It was a busy day actually, hanging out with the gang in Niagara Wine country in the day and dinner on Bloor street at night. Sunday found some rest time, but we also got out for Will's first Geo Caching trip. Just a small little walk with Mama, Dad, and Teta Dana on the Lake Ontario waterfront, let's see if Dad can get some pictures together for that.
